Impact Event Production are pleased to regularly supply six nationally and internationally known, leading pharmaceutical companies. We also supply various trade associations, and work closely with various conference management companies.

As well as all your audio visual equipment requirements to make your conference run professionally and smoothly, we can also arrange after dinner speakers, motivational speakers, bands, DJ’s, and toast masters. We are also pleased to be associated with a nationally known theming company.

Impact Event Production have extensive experience at producing sales conferences, educational conferences, major award shows, road shows, and product launches. We also supply equipment for Christmas functions, weddings, and banquets & balls.

8:00am – 5:00pm.  Saturdays  8:30am – 1:00pm.  Closed Sundays subject to Events
We provide our services 52 weeks of the year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

All hires are subject to our terms and conditions of business, available on request.

 

Insurance

Impact Event Production provide equipment insurance at 7.5% of the gross hire rate.
All insurance claims are subject to a £500 excess fee.

 

VAT

All prices shown are UK sterling and subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) as required by UK law.
